What You’ll Do

• Install and maintain machinery and rotating equipment

• Adjust and align mechanical systems

• Read and interpret technical instructions and blueprints

• Perform construction and repairs on buildings and grounds

• Safely rig and lift heavy loads

• Participate in and develop precision maintenance skills

• Respond to call‑ins, shift work, overtime, Sundays, and holidays as required (rotating schedule likely)

What We’re Looking For

• State of Wisconsin Millwright Journeyman card (required)

• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently

• Stand 6–8 hours per shift

• Sit or drive 1–3 hours per shift

• Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, climb, bend, twist, and reach

• Perform grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and foot‑control tasks regularly
