The location in Port Alberni, BC, is seeking talent to fill the position of HR Scheduler.
This job is permanent and full-time.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- To coordinate staffing of hourly team members.
- Track employee training.
- To provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Administrative and clerical work.
- Maintain a filing system for personnel files.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Aid with benefit administration.
- Provide relief support when necessary.

- A combination of education and work experience will be considered.

- Experience in Human Resources and/or Scheduling would be an asset.
- Team player who can work as part of a team or in an independent setting.
- Computer skills are a requirement.
- Communicate updates to Manager to maintain goals.
Required Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- A degree in HR, Office Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum three (3) years directly related experience in HR or Scheduling.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
Salary rate: $65,000 to $72,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
