Student Intern, IT Technical Support

Responsibilites:

  • Prepare new computers for delivery to users
  • Troubleshoot issues related to laptops and desktops and the software installed on them
  • Deploy, configure and maintain office automation software and hardware according to established policies and procedures
  • Participate in users' moves

Skills:

  • You demonstrate flexibility and initiative
  • You are known for your good judgment and team spirit
  • You are dynamic and organized 

Profile:

  • Bilingual French-English (required for all positions within the company)* 
  • You are in the process of obtaining a college diploma in computer science with a minimum of two (2) semesters completed 
  • You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical support team, either through internships or employment in a company 
  • You are able to lift weights such as monitors and computers, approximately 25-30 pounds
