The location in Miami, (Florida, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of General Utility PP. This job is full-time permanent.

2. Summary
   • The General Utility Worker plays a vital role in Supporting day-to-day operations within the paper plant.  This position performs a variety of manual tasks to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and safe operations across the department.  This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strong commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
3. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The position includes but it is not limited to the following tasks:

• Assist production crew by supplying materials, removing finished products, and cleaning around machines.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks including sweeping, shoveling, removing scrap, and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor production areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization in compliance with company standards.
• Safely operate basic tools and material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts if is certified).
• Follow any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment concerns immediately.
• Support other departments or performance other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.

4. Qualifications

• High school - Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Forklift certified desired but not required
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending and working in hot humid or dusty areas.

6. Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a manufacturing setting.
• Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on production needs.
