Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Analyze financial data, review vendor invoicing, and reconcile weekly, monthly, and quarterly bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial systems.
- Supervise and coordinate benefits administration activities across our global locations, working closely with insurers, benefit plan administrators, and consultants.
- Support annual rate renewal process in collaboration with consultants, review insurer proposals, and prepare cost analyses for management.
- Develop and deliver data reports, including census audits and ad-hoc analyses, to support leadership and compliance requirements.
- Collect and analyze data regarding employee benefit plan usage, costs, and participation rates to evaluate program effectiveness and identify potential opportunities for plan improvements.
- Support annual open enrollment initiatives, including testing and system updates.
- Resolve complex employee benefit inquiries escalated from the HR Shared Service team, using a solution-focused, analytical approach.
- Evaluate current administration processes and vendor performance, providing data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights and problem solving.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in utilizing third-party platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
