The location in Ashdown, (Arkansas, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Project Engineer. This job is full-time permanent.

Overview: Senior Project Engineer – Your primary focus will be to deliver projects including process improvements, product upgrades, and cost savings opportunities at the site level. Delivery of projects will be driven by applying proven engineering practices, project management methodologies, and the ability to build partnerships and influence cross functionality. You will be involved in the development of Front-End Loading Project Packages, schedules, cost estimates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Driving capital projects in a complex, cross-functional mill environment
- Manage end-to-end project execution under operational constraints
- Balance high accountability with demanding working conditions

- Cross-functional leadership and communication
- Technical and analytical engineering skills
- Capital project execution and Front-End-Loading expertise
Your profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of applicable experience, prefer delivering capital or process improvement projects in industrial/manufacturing environment
- Front-End-Loading project methodology, proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, Microsoft Project; PE and/or PMP designation is preferred
- Mill Weekend Duty Rotation required
