The location in Ottawa (Ontario, Canada) is seeking talent to fill the position of Delivery Driver. This is a full-time employment opportunity (morning shift, Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).

Delivery Driver / Order Filler

Position Overview: This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. The Delivery Driver / Order Filler is responsible for providing exceptional on-time delivery to our customers and for performing warehousing and shipping duties. The candidate has good communication skills and is a hard working, dependable professional with a positive attitude. 

All applicants must have the following qualifications to be considered:

• Able to meet the full requirements of the position as well as the physical fitness to perform the normal duties of the job as determined by the Company
• Experience in loading/unloading truck
• Knowledge of the assigned working region (Ottawa – Montreal route)
• Team player, can interact with other peers and support people within our company, professional appearance and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision

The successful incumbent will have:

• High school education or equivalent
• Driver’s License Class DZ or AZ 
• Bilingualism an asset
• Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
• Customer care focus is vital
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Respect for company values: Caring, Accountability, Collaboration and Entrepreneurship

You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions) and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
