The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Administrator Windows- ENTRA ID, Active Directory, and Scripting. This job is full-time permanent.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Administrator Windows to join our technical team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing ENTRA ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory environments while providing advanced expertise in scripting to automate and enhance processes.

Your Challenge:
•    Administer and optimize Entra ID and Active Directory, ensuring security, access control, and compliance.

•    Develop PowerShell scripts to automate workflows and enhance system efficiency.

•    Troubleshoot complex Microsoft infrastructure issues (Level 3 support).

•    Implement authentication and identity management solutions for Microsoft 365.

•    Integrate and automate processes using APIs (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors).

•    Utilize migration tools (e.g., Quest) to support tenant migrations and application integration.

•    Collaborate with security teams to enforce industry standards and best practices.

Your Skills :
•    7-10 years managing Active Directory, including 5+ years with Entra ID.

•    Expertise in identity and access management, especially tenant migration.

•    Advanced troubleshooting of cross-tenant account issues and migrations.

•    PowerShell scripting and automation experience (mandatory).

•    Strong analytical skills with experience using diagnostic and security tools (e.g., Purple Knight).
•    Knowledge of ITIL processes (change, incident, problem management).

•    Experience in high-volume, high-pressure support environments.

•    Microsoft certifications preferred.

Your Profile:
•    Bilingual (English/French) with strong communication and technical writing skills.

•    Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience.

•    Experience managing large-scale Windows environments (1,500+ servers).

•    Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange/Exchange Online, and Office 365.

•    Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing) and Windows Server licensing.

•    Familiarity with SCCM, SolarWinds, VMware, SharePoint, Group Policy, Kerberos, LDAP.
