The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Executive Administrative Assistant. This job is full-time permanent.
Overview: Join our IT team, where you'll support the CIO and IT management team by providing administrative assistance. With your excellent sense of discretion, ability to manage multiple tasks and to remain calm and focused under pressure, you'll thrive in this dynamic and rewarding role.
Your challenges:
- Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of the management team by providing administrative support to the CIO, as well as to the members of the team.
- Acting as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, handling requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage the agenda and organize meetings, appointments and monthly events.
- Create and organize documents, presentations and Excel spreadsheets using various tools and new technologies.
- Organize and coordinate business travel arrangements.
- Manage the expense accounts of the CIO, and those of their management team.
Your skills:
- College diploma in office administration, administration, or any other relevant training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role for senior executives.
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent sense of priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Ability to be part of a work team, communicate with all levels of the company, and adapt to rapid changes.
- High degree of professionalism, sense of ethics and autonomy.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Bilingual French and English (*)
- Knowledge of SAP considered an asset.
