The location in Johnsonburg, (Pennsylvania, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Administrative Assistant. This job is full-time permanent.
Reporting directly to the J5 Superintendent you will work directly with both the J5 and J1 Paper Machine Departments and will be responsible for all data entry, communication, and organizational duties for each machine.
The key functions of the job are to maintain the organizational and data entry duties required to keep the organization functioning in an efficient manner by:
- Developing and maintaining effective systems and methods for record keeping.
- Providing internal and external customers the quality products they require, whether the product is the paper we manufacture, the reports we issue, the information we give to other people, or the effect we have on the environment.
- Tracking department obligations and commitments, such as meetings, maintaining machine fabric clothing inventory, daily/monthly reports, and maintaining training records/obligations, and provide reminders to department personnel as to these commitments.
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or certificate in accounting or business-related field. The candidate must have good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word with the ability to learn new programs.
Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and have good problem-solving abilities. The person must be able to work independently and have the initiative to learn and contribute to various aspects of our business. Candidate should have some familiarity of basic business concepts and practices. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
