The location in Fort Mill, (South Carolina, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Integration Analyst. This job is full-time permanent.
Overview
As an Integration Analyst reporting to the Integration Analysis Team Lead, you will participate in application integrations and B2B integration projects that support business objectives. This position works closely with the business, integration developers, and functional teams.
Your challenges:
• Monitor and maintain all daily inbound and outbound B2B data processing and take necessary steps to resolve the issues as needed.
• Maintain existing EDI transaction sets and coordinate EDI implementations with internal development team and other parties.
• Interact with new and current trading partners to capture and analyze requirements, mapping specifications, and project objectives.
• Understand mapping specifications with various formats including but not limited to ANSI X12, XML, papinet, and flat file layouts.
• Work with functional analysts from internal applications to understand business/functional/technical requirements, data requirements, and associated processes as part of the project.
• Build mapping specifications that align with business/customer requirements for implementing new EDI transactions and work with the development team to build the mapping.
• Be involved in end-to-end project life cycle activities including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
• Participate in creating required project documentation based on business and functional requirements.
Your profile:
• Hold a BA/BS degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of professional business analysis experience.
• Experience with EDI and integration technologies is a strong asset.
• Proven ability in analyzing, communicating, testing, and verifying business requirements.
• Knowledge of XML, IDOC, Flat File, and ANSI EDI transaction standards (asset).
• Must be able to get up to speed quickly on any given topic or situation.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with end-users and management.
• Experience with integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, webMethods, Boomi, and Contivo is a plus.
• Must understand the flow of data, business processes, and technical interfaces that would be created or impacted.
• Should have the desire and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
• Should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, driving to completion.
• Be a self-starter who can work well independently or in groups.
• Be able to recognize your audience when speaking with other teams (Business and IT).
