Supervisor, Tissue Converting

The location in Calhoun, TN is seeking talent to fill the position of Supervisor, Tissue Converting. This job is salaried exempt.

Position Overview

You will assume the following responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the converting production team to meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Organize and maintain work orders, delivery dates and order activity to ensure efficient production across the facility
• Develop team members’ problem-solving capability and judgment and advance their knowledge and skills 
• Continuously monitor and exhibit concern for employee safety
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make the right decisions quickly, even when you have incomplete information or are working under pressure
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and to innovate
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines, while delivering quality results
